I just purchased this toilet and now I love going to the bathroom! Where was this all my life? I also purched the $30 white glove delivery and for me was worthed. They delivered the toilet to where I wanted, unpacked, I inspected, and the packaging material was taken away. The toilet with the packaging is kind of heavy. Now, the issue with the instalation comes from the fact that the connections are in metric so it is not just plug in to your existing pipe, in addition that you need to have el. box installed. However, the shut off supplied is about 20 mm and that is 7/8 in US measurement. The previous person that gave review had the pictures showing the hoses and that was very helpful. We went to the box stores and specialised stored to look for a conversion connector and everyone said we don't have anything like that, they suggested searching it in Amazon. However, the one you need to buy is 7/8 for a faucet instalation and this works. For the rest follow the instructions. Keep in mind that this is chineese translated in english and sometimes the instructions sound akward, as an example, it states coulk with glass glue, we just used clear standard seal. Before you put the toilet on the hole opening it states you need to remove the bide and at first it seemed that is dificult, you dont want to break anything. We took it off easyly by starting with where the dryes is and then lift, not from the back. Also you need to diconnect the wires inside but that is easy, it is just unwind and unplug then you remove the entire unit. The bide needs to be taken off because you need to attach the toilet with the screws, for us, the supplied screws worked well. We had to cut the provided plastic flange shorter because was too long in our case. There are two rings supplied and it shows you where to put it. In our case we put them one next to the other. My point is, the install was not really difilcult if you take your time and be prepared mentally that is not going to be as the standard procedure for a toilet replacement. As far as the futures on the toilet and what it does, I love it. I get washed very time I use the toilet, as pervious person said, squicky clean, it is so true. I searched reviews on other toilets and people are complaining that after some time, they start to malfunction. I hope this one will last. All other sellers were offering 1 year warranty, this one has 2 year warranty. I am nor sure how easy will be to order replacement parts though. Keep the manual. Overall, this is a new experience for me using this type of toilet and I wholeheartedly recomended it. Once, you use it, you will never go back to a regular toilet. I am planing for my other bathroom, to buy just the electic bide to install onto the existing toilet since it is for guests but I still use it once in while.

Might need a different connector, I have posted the picture if your plumber tells the connector came with the toilet doesn’t work. 4. The nails to securer the toilet on the floor a little bit short for me in my bathroom. please have your plumber get longer ones too.

I was so excited to upgrade my toilet to a bidet toilet with many features that are above a normal bidet toilet. The toilet came in tact from shipping, as it was protected very nicely to avoid any issues during shipment. The issue came when installing the toilet. It doesn't use your normal valve for regular toilets. That is where the issues began. I had to run to the hardware store several times, and luckily, I did this during the day since I shut off the main water and everyone had already showered. I had to make alterations just to install the toilet on a normal toilet valve. So beware of this issue before purchasing, as I wish this was in the item description before getting the toilet, as it made the installation longer than I anticipated, and I would've purchased the things needed ahead of time. As far as the toilet goes, this one is worth it as it has so many features, and I like that you can use the remote next to the toilet. I do love the toilet and how modern it is.

I got back from a trip to Japan and the toilets were life changing. Pros: -Lots of features to make the toilet a more hygienic experience. The one piece design is simple, easy to clean, and doesn’t collect dust in crevices like a two piece toilet would. Also has a foot sensor to open, close, and to flush, so you never have to touch it with your hands! -The heated seat makes you never want to get off the toilet. It’s so cozy and relaxing, and I swear it helps you to do what you need to do. -The bidet is great and keeps me feeling squeaky clean with its massage wash, which is gentle yet thorough. Considerations: -This is not easy to hookup and was beyond my level of diy. Your bathroom likely isn’t set up to conveniently integrate this so keep in mind you’ll need a plumber and electrician. However, for something that will last for a long time, and you will use multiple times a day, this is worth it for me.

It's great, works well, really well, recommend to everyone. Installation is not that simple, you might need some help. It'll heat the water and the seat, which is awesome when it's cold inside. LOVE IT.

I'm writing this review based on pre-install impressions (bathroom remodel in progress and not far enough along for install right now.) This is a lovely piece of bathroom "furniture." I love that the tank is down in the unit, rather than standing above the unit like a traditional toilet. It really is a smooth and sleek design. I will come back and update my review with my plumbers thoughts about it, as well as my impressions upon use.
