Ordered this machine and came in a lot earlier than expected. The staff that contacted me were willing to work with me through the weekend to have it set up on the website where the inventory can be managed. It’s a little hard to learn at first but with persistence I was able to manage. The customer service is great but you do have to have some patience with it just make sure to have a couple days to set everything up for the machine before placing it in your first location. Good thing is i already have it at a location and it looks amazing. And the selection you can place inside can be whatever you want some of the people were surprised to find a vending machine with arizonas and a variety of monsters and other things. It actually came in less than a week even though it said it would come in about a month from purchase date. The initial setup with the processing company will take some time to get it ready for location. Must allow about a week before you can use it. Customer service is really good and helpful.
