Very disappointed with this AC unit. The WiFi and phone connectivity do not work at all, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. The remote also arrived with the AAA batteries completely smashed, so I could not even use it properly out of the box. On top of that, the unit is extremely loud. Even on the lowest setting it is disruptive. It also does not cool my small room effectively, which defeats the entire purpose. To make things worse, returning it feels nearly impossible. It is very heavy and difficult to disassemble once installed, so the return process is not practical at all. Overall, I would not recommend this AC. I really wish I chose a different one. ... show more

It cools off my room I love it it’s not noisy. The size was just right for the window. At first I didn’t know if it would fit but it did! It’s has comfortable settings. It’s very reliable if you have a room that in the summer gets super hot. It’s amazing! I love my window unit
