I have a situation that most folks don't, I wanted to use this heater in my RV. The RV is connected to what is called Shore power with is 50 amp. Unlike a home I have to watch what appliances are working and how much wattage is being used so as to not over stress the electrical system. This JIBUFI 1500W PTC Electric Small Portable Space Heater for Indoor Use - with 70°Rotating Feature, was just what I was looking for !! It is small ceramic heater which is great because I have limited storage space BUT its best feature is it has 5 Modes !! Mode 1 called H1 is 700 watts, Mode 2 called H2 is 1,000 watts, Mode 3 called H3 is 1,500 watts in any of these modes the thermostat display will only show the mode you are in, the amount of heat the heater puts out will be constant for that mode and the temperature is not adjustable. Mode 4 is called ECO (Economy Mode) and the temperature display is now adjustable and the heater will automatically adjust itself between the 3 other modes. An example is you turn the heater on in a cold room , go to ECO mode and crank the temperature up to lets say 70. The heater will realize it needs to use 1,500 watts to get the room up to temperature but as the room begins to warm up the heater realizes it can reduce the watts needed to keep heating and may reduce the watts to 1,000 or as low as 700. Mode 5 is basically Fan mode so the unit can be used as just a fan if required. For me having the ability to select the amount of wattage the heater is drawing gives me great flexibility. As for the heater itself, it works great, is well made and I love the remote control because I can control the heater without even getting out of my recliner. Finding a 5 mode heater is not easy so if you are in the market for a small reasonably priced space heater you will not be disappointed with this unit.

Really like this space heater. I use it in my office. It's a smaller room. Heats it well keeps it warm and toasty. The things I was looking this has. I wanted motion the oscillating heater as when it's always pointed at me I get to hot, this allows me to move air around and still keeps me warm. The heat has temp setting that not sure I have ever had it shut off... and just hi low. The problems lie in the machine. It heats and moves air well. But where this lost a star for me is 2 fold, one no speed of fan. So I can't have high or low fan speed there is only one no matter the setting. The other issue is it's loud, don't have a decibel meter but this is louder than any of my other heaters air purifiers. It is like a fan on high noise. Functions well however those issues not a deal breaker for the cost but definitely would like a fan speed control.

The heater arrived ready to run when unpacked, though the remote control, which duplicates the buttons on top of the heater, needs two AAA batteries if you want to use it. The heater feels like a solid little box and it has a convenient carry handle cutout in the top rear. Operation is generally self-evident, but the heater comes with a 20-page (!) instruction book that includes 6 pages of safety precautions. One of the few surprises was that when the digital display says "HI" it doesn't mean "high" but "Heat level one" -- the lowest of three available heat levels plus fan only. The setting changes the heating element power, but the fan speed is constant. When the heater is turned off, the fan continues to run while the display counts down 20 seconds to cool down the heater. In operation, the heater is fairly quiet; it is audible in a quiet room but no obstacle to conversation. The sound is mostly airflow white noise with very little mechanical fan noise. You can choose whether the heater sweeps left and right. The device has the ETL Intertek logo, indicating it has been tested for safety and compliance with standards. I tried tipping it over a few times in various directions and each time the heater shut off and beeped for a while. It would not turn on again until it was returned to standing position. The instruction booklet mentions a 12-month warranty and provides relevant contact information. I might wish for a higher fan setting, but then it would be noisier and probably heavier. It's a compact and simple little heater that does its job: five stars.
