I had to return the chair. It was delivered in two packages. The first half of the chair looked like it was already used. Printed labels were removed from the parts. The cord from the remote control was painted partially in white color paint. The base of the chair is very narrow. I cannot imagine how even an average size adult can fit in. It isn't proportional. It's uncomfortable. It doesn't massage my neck and shoulders. I'm 5'5". In any of the "auto" modes I turn off the foot massage setting but it keeps coming back on.
