This seems to be a well made pad at a great price. I was just looking for a little more softness (1.5 inch thick). It was cut perfectly for my full size bed. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Have not had it long enough to comment on durability, but I don't expect any problems. No odd odor or smell. Bought this for my parents. They don't like the 8 or 10 inch mattress because it’s too high for them to climb up the bed. I feel a little bit too soft but they like it for use without any mattress. Although it’s named mattress top, I think it’s much better to put it directly on the bed board. As it is better to sleep on hard mattress to prevent your back pain. ... show more
