I own a regular juicer but I was looking for a masticating juicer as these types of juicers use a slow cold press masticating squeezer mechanism technology that keeps the juice with less oxidation and maximum nutrition. So I bought this one and boy! I was not disappointed. It’s made of a durable material, it works efficiently and it makes less noise. It is easy to disassemble and it comes with a brush which makes it easier to clean. It has two settings: soft mode for softer fruits and hard mode, for harder vegetables. The media could not be loaded. I couldn't be happier with this product it is a silence juicer I ever own. I had own many juicer in the passed and ended up donating; because I couldn't deal with the loud noise. I had small kids at that time, while they were taking a nap, it was impossible to use the juicer. Not mention the beautiful Red color, well made, easy to clean and storage. I definitely recommend based on my own personal experience! Note On the video I uploaded, I was about to pour the vegetables skin back into the juicer and I decided not to do it because it can get stuck in the blade. I mixed it inside my cup with the green juice ( Adding Fiber).

This juicer is easy to use and easy to clean up. Juicer is super easy to disassemble and assemble. Juicer doesn’t leak and doesn’t create a mess. It squeezes all the juice out leaving nothing in the pulp. Juicer only takes a small space in the kitchen. Also, juicer is very quite and doesn’t creat much noise. Great value for money paid.

This was my first juicer. I’ve never even squeezed an orange, so I wasn’t sure if it would be intimidating. But it was so easy to use! The directions are very clear and helpful, with lots of great recipes. Within minutes I had the most delicious fruit juice. I expected it to be loud, but it’s not at all. It’s a quiet, user friendly machine. I’m so excited to try new recipes! It also comes with a little brush that made clean up easy. I’m very happy with this purchase.

(WARNING This is an in depth review. If you prefer a short summary, see section marked THE BOTTOM LINE) I own quite a few juicers that I have used in the past or that I use now. One of my kids wanted to start doing their own juice while away in a dorm situation. I saw this and thought it might be a good choice. HOW THIS COMES Important to know is that this comes in double boxed package. The outside package is thick cardboard. The inner box is the one that you would see if it were on a store shelf. It is colorful and has a lot of photos and labeling. The inside is heavily cushioned and all parts arrived in pristine condition. WHAT JUICERS HAVE I USED? I have the Omega 900 juicer which is pretty expensive. I also have used other masticating juicers as well as other slow turn juice extractors of various sorts. I have several Breville juicers and I also have the Green Star Tribest juicer that still goes for over $500. I have also tested quite a few other juicers from the famous chef lines to no name Chinese brands. BOOKLETS I want to start with the booklets that come with this. There is a basic instruction manual which is pretty good. It is easier to understand than some of the things I have gotten of this nature. There is also a recipe booklet which has potential to be ideal, but they really did not do a great job of editing. For instance, it ends with a "Here is a delicious zucchini bread you'll want to try out, and a veggie pulp sandwich bread that can go savory and sweet!" That is it. End of the book. No recipe, nothing. Also recipes have grams in them and no US measurements. This is the one area of this package that needs some definite improvement. Photos are great, but content needs to be a bit better and complete. HOW DOES THIS ASSEMBLE? I have to say that the way that this juicer goes together is really wonderful. It locks into place and everything is well marked. It has a button that you press to unlock when you want to remove the auger/filter front part of the juicer. QUALITY OF PARTS The quality of parts in this machine are excellent so far. I have to say that I am impressed at the nice quality of each of the parts. FILTER My biggest irritation with the Omega 900 is the screen. It is part plastic and part screen. This screen is mostly screen. I only hope you can get another should you need it. CLEANING There is a brush that comes with this that is similar to what you get in all juicers. COLOR The color of this is a GORGEOUS Candy Apple Red. I am talking that beautiful translucent metallic red that makes you think of Candy Apples. It really is beautiful. CORD The cord is a few feet long. I had no issues plugging it in near my counter. The plug is 3 pronged so you will need to have an outlet that takes that. HOW TO USE It is very important with any juicer of this type that you not CRAM the vegetables or fruit into the top but that you guide it in using the plunger to apply LIGHT PRESSURE. These screens are not that sturdy that you can play Incredible Hulk with them. I recommend that you only feed one slim carrot at a time and gently let the auger cut it or you cut larger carrots into small pieces or slices so that the machine won't struggle with it or break the screen. LEAFY GREENS For leafy greens, I recommend you tear it into pieces. I used kale of various kinds from my garden, leaf lettuce and collard. I tore them all into smaller pieces so that the juicer would not struggle with the large wads. You can juice the stems but make sure that you cut the pieces into manageable strips of leaves like 1-2 inches wide depending on how thick they are. WHEATGRASS As with leafy greens if you are going to use this for wheat grass, I highly suggest you tear the SMALL wads of wheatgrass in half and feed each half in at a time. Trust me, I have done enough wheatgrass. You will thank me for this information. CELERY This is one thing you should keep in mind with all juicers. I have not used one yet that claims it can juice celery that does not work FAR better when you cut it into pieces two inches long or so. The fibers will ruin a juicer easily. FRUITS Make sure to peel ALL citrus. I don't care who said what. The peel/skins will wreck any juicer. JUICE QUALITY This juice quality is just as good as that I have from any of my top of the line juicers of this slow masticating style. It is not as sweet as the centrifugal because of the lack of air whipped into the juice with things like carrots and apples. However, it is still delicious. IS THERE PULP? There will be a little pulp, but again, this is in line with the other juicers I have used. There is less pulp with this than there is with the Green Star juicer. CLEAN UP The clean up with this juicer is VERY easy. It cleans up well. I can have the pieces cleaned up in a minute or two without a lot of fussing. The only part that needs attemtion is the screen. ADVICE= TIP I highly recommend that you keep extra amounts of Oxy Clean or other similar enzyme type dishwasher detergent handy. Soak the screen in a cup of water with some of either type cleanser for a few hours. This will keep the screen clean and unplugged and you will get more life out of your juicer. Rinse well though- they put a lot of fragrance in that stuff usually. THE BOTTOM LINE This is a great juicer. If you have been wanting a masticating juicer and can not afford top of the line, this is a great value for the money. I like it as well as the top of the line juice that I make from other juicers. As long as you do not push hard with the plunger, cut ALL vegetables into smaller pieces, this will work great. MY RATING FIVE STARS. Despite the books being a bit sub par, they have some good things in them, so it is not enough to take off a star. Improvement in that area would really make this a lot nicer package, I will admit, but it is far from a deal breaker. I recommend this juicer if it performs as well as this one does. I know my away from home kid is gonna love this thing.
