This device worked well for me for 4 months at which point one of the usb-c ports broke off breaking both the charger and my charging cord. I sent an email to the company directly which gave no response and I responded to their warranty message through Amazonā€™s system which also yielded no response. I would recommend buying from a more trusted company to avoid wasting your money. Update: In response to leaving this comment the company reached out to me apologizing for their delay. They had me resend my information (twice), and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and they replaced both the charger and charging cord; however, they sent me one of their charging cables which is maybe 1/5th the length of mine that was damaged. Overall I am satisfied with how they handled the situation, but it is unclear to me if I would have gotten any response had I not left a poor review. As for the charger itself I would still recommend it and you can expect another update if I encounter any new problems. ... show more

I have a cheapo version of this same thing that is MUCH lighter. It's a better bet for traveling since it doesn't weigh as much. Quality on this one is very good, as is the functionality. But the weight makes it not ideal for traveling.

The media could not be loaded. Two years ago, I bought the other version with 2 usb c and 2 usb a ports and it still going strong without a hinch. Nowadays, I have more usb c devices. I just bought this 100W charger with 3 usb c ports and one usb a port, better fit my needs. I am glad this new charger inherited probably the unique feature on the market. It does NOT reset. Other chargers will reset itself and recalibrate power with devices being charged when a new device is plugged in or a device is unplugged. This reduces the amount of on-and-off during charging for devices. Although I donā€™t have any scientific data, I think this will help with deviceā€™s battery life because I often have multiple devices being charged at the same time. An improvement I can see is it supports Samsung super fast charging 2.0 now. A big plus for me. It is probably still one of the smallest on the market, very compact. There are other 100W chargers that are smaller but they donā€™t have four ports. Having more ports is important for me because I constantly have two laptops, phone and ipad and various of other devices in my bag. The media could not be loaded. Not an electronic engineer but I am very familiar with electronic devices and I've had my fair share of experiences with various chargers. This SlimQ 100W charger certainly has unique merits. Firstly, the port configuration is practical - three USB-Cs and one USB-A. It fits well in a technological landscape that's more USB-C centric, but still has older USB-A devices around. Size-wise, it's small. Probably the tiniest I've seen for a 4-ports charger, which makes it easy to bring around. The build is solid, well-made and durable, which is key with the repetitive usage of a charger. It can handle charging four devices at once. Not a game-changer, but definitely a nice feature. One thing that stood out to me is how adding or removing a device doesn't disturb the other charging devices. I donā€™t see other chargers can do this. Just neat. Once you get used to this, it's hard to go back. Hope other chargers can catch up. Overall I would recommend this charger. ... show more

The charger worked great. I used it daily while traveling full-time. About two years and three months after I bought it, one of the prongs broke off so I got about two years of use out of it. For $50, I would have liked to see a more robust design but if you aren't traveling or moving it a lot, it should be fine. ... show more

My regular 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U business laptop charges the battery quickly from an almost drained state to 100% --even while charging my cellphone. Also, when I use this charger for business work (not gaming or extreme video editing) on my 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H gaming laptop w/GPU enabled and fully charged, it conveniently maintains the battery status level between 99% and 100%. I know the SlimQ GaN Charger model for laptops 240W-170W is a better option for gaming laptops when charging is required, but at least this model maintains it charged. My only complaint is with the pin prongs, as sometimes it does not make tight contact with the electric outlet. ... show more

So this little block has replaced my ThinkPad 13 inch charger and phone charger full time. (Phone is a note21 ultra). I paired it with: 100W USB C to USB C Cable 6.6ft Fast Type C Charger with LED Display PD 5A PD/QC Type... it has a little display. I was not able to get the link but I did copy paste a good portion of the description. ( hope that helps) In any case, it's worked just great. Fully replaced the wires and chargers I had for those two and it saves me space when I pack and move. Even around the house... just a good buy. ... show more
