The table arrived with missing parts, in my case the paper roll holder and the Slimline Medical Exam Table Insert – Pull-Out Basin. Nobody is answering the phone at Vivacomfort to report the problem.

As a business owner myself, I am not the type to give a negative review without first exhausting all my options to see if the business can address the issue. If I can give the VivaComfort product and their customer support a minus ZERO, I will not hesitate to do that. I purchased three exam beds from Viva Comfort in December for our clinic, which was scheduled to open last month. I received all the orders with intact packages after multiple issues with the delivery of one of the beds. When I opened the package, I noticed that the beds did not come with the paper dispenser rod on the back of the bed, and one of the beds' pneumatic backrest adjustment poles does not fully extend. I didn't even bother to waste my time searching for a way to call VivaComfort, because their website doesn't offer replacement parts for sale. I searched online and bought the 3 missing paper roll rods from a different company, without even trying to contact VivaComfort, because of the horrible customer service experience some customers have reported in the product's reviews. Fast forward to last week. I noticed that one of the beds with a pneumatic backrest adjustment pole that did not fully extend, finally broke apart, and the backrest of the exam table was lying flat and unable to stay upright. This is a brand-new, unused bed. I reached out to VivaComfort Customer Support with multiple phone calls and an email, but no one answered. Note: all I need is for them to respond and advise me on how to get the replacement part for their product, which isn't available on their website, for which I don't mind paying. Well, I finally got an email from one "Sara Dani (Alpine Industries)" two days ago, stating "Good afternoon, Thank you for reaching out. Could you kindly supply a copy of the receipt or order details, such as a screenshot of the order page showing the item, date, and order number? Additionally, could you provide a brief video or photo demonstrating the issue you're encountering? Could I get the LOT number on the unit in question. Did the box arrive damaged? Thank you" I responded immediately, sent them everything they requested, and also made sure to explain that I needed the replacement part. To date, I have not received any response from this company or an acknowledgment of my email. If I have to go through this hassle when I'm willing to pay for the replacement part, only God knows what I will go through if I have to expect a free replacement.
