Update: I sent a message to the folks at Athye, complaining that both laptop chargers failed after 3+ months and they stood by their 1 year warranty (asking me to send them pictures of the charger and of my laptop model# on the bottom of my computer, and upon receipt gave me a full refund). That's great customer service! See original problem below. _____________________________________ I bought two of these charging adapters to replace an adapter that my wife lost. Initially, both of the adapters worked fine but within 3 months the first replacement adapter began acting "flaky", sometimes not charging. I'd check the connections, take them apart and put them back together again tightly and it would work for a few minutes, then stop charging. The same thing happened to the second adapter a few weeks later and within 6 months both of them are useless. I had hoped to get a good buy but sadly, I just purchased a couple of cheaply made adapters. Durability is terrible. ... show more
