My reviewers based on my experience, when I first opened the box it was not the original box, a normal box and the machine was thrown away like garbage, all broken, without screws in the handles, it did not have the cable to connect it, it had 3 screws that were missing, meaning it was totally useless. A horrible experience when you are excitedly waiting for your package and “surprise” a cheap machine comes out. I do not recommend it at all.

The timer wont start when closed. When I put a tumbler in the temperature drops about 30 degrees. Will be contacting the seller and will update UPDATED I was able to send mine back and they had a replacement to me within 2 days, The timer does actually work on this one, the temp drop isnt as bad. Note: there will always be a temp drop when you put something in the press, that is a given, but at least it doesnt drop like 30 degrees like original one did.
