I was hesitant to order because all the reviews but I took a chance and it works great sturdy. I’ve had for a year now and still not giving any problems. Do not purchase this product unless you enjoy throwing money away. The heat press broke within a few months. The seller sent me a replacement piece, and it broke again within a few months. I don’t have the money or time to purchase a new heat press every few months. This is NOT worth your time or money. The SELLER is also a third party seller so that means Amazon doesn’t assist you and the seller doesn’t respond back to your messages. Worthless, and a waste of money.

The heat press itself works really well. It heats up quickly, the temperature seems accurate, and the swing-away design makes it easy and safe to use. I’ve had no issues pressing shirts so far, and overall the main machine feels sturdy and reliable. However, I specifically purchased this bundle for the mug attachment and that’s where the disappointment comes in. Instead of receiving a proper mug press attachment, I believe I was sent a tumbler attachment. It doesn’t fit standard mugs the way it should, which defeats the purpose of why I chose this particular set. This feels like false advertising because the listing clearly shows and describes a mug press being included. If you’re buying this mainly for shirts, you’ll probably be happy. But if you’re expecting to press mugs right out the box like advertised, be aware you might not get the correct attachment. Really frustrating because the machine itself is greatjust wish the accessories matched what was promised.

I emailed the seller and they sent me a video that the girl moves so fast you can not see what she his doing. My Timer DOES NOT WORK. I have tried everything. There must be something that you have to do but no chance of figuring it out. It=f any one haas please tell me. It is also very easy to tip over. I have a Vivid hat press and it is super easy to use and the timer works and beeps when its done. I wish I had ordered the heat press from them

Received it quicker then expected, so far I was able to start making shirts really quickly. The instructions weren’t the best, so I YouTubed some things in the beginning. You get a lot for the money snd so far looking forward to trying the other attachments.
