I have had this heat press for 5 days now! Since receiving this Heat Press the left side of the press does not heat up what so ever! At first I thought I was doing something wrong. I checked the pressure, same vinyl I have always used and correct heat. The right side and middle with no problem is seemless but the left side. Vinyl does not adhere and I thought it was me but it turns out there’s no heat emitting from the left side. I have had to take longer to make my orders than I had anticipated. I have had to only be an ke to use the middle and right side which is a smaller portion of the press bcuz the left side nothing adheres. I sold 2 garment that I thought were pressed but turns out the left side came off and so were returned!! I have ruined a few shirts bcuz of this!!

The display is about 50 degrees lower than the actual temperature. I burned through two mats and had to by a thermometer to figure it out. Wasted so much product trying to find the right temp. The timer never worked. I do believe I'll return this and get a more reliable heat press.

Besides the top plate for the press having a major dent, I've not tested enough to give a solid review. Disappointed to wait over a week for it to arrive with internal damage. At this time, doesn't appear to impact heating element.

If you. It this be sure to get a temperature gun or gauge because there’s at least a 60degree difference then what the control box says and I found out the hard way. But once all that’s said! It helps get the job done
