The temperature is way off on this this, I was able to adhere Htv on a few shirts I knew the press was very warm for those, but it seemed to work........then I tried sublimation on a test run can koozie blank and it melted and adhered to the butcher paper. Temp out reading was bouncing from 387 to 392. But had to have been much hotter for that to happen I have pressed several of these with other presss and no issue. Returned immediately and I am waiting for my replacement of a htvront heat press.

The media could not be loaded. My mug press is not getting hot on the edges which is causing my images to not transfer completely. The moving components of the actual press seems a little hard to maneuver, like it may need to be oiled or something. I am kind of regretting that I went with the cheaper version.

Pretty much a decent heat press. Cup press worked great on 15oz. Sublimation blanks. Full size press seemed to overheat pretty much everything I have tried. Checked measured temp against selected temp value. I selected 385F and press went to 427F and continued. Turns out 350 on the dial gives me right at 385F measured. I guess it could be a faulty controller. Good luck speaking to the manufacturer as there is no contact info for them.

Bought this to start a new business and it has proven to be somewhat difficult. The heat plate is never the temp it says, had to purchase a temp gun to figure out that issue. I have ruined many shirts using this press.

This was working ok until a few days ago. It is burning the shirts, and the wires on the cup press are melting and smoking. Ive had it 33 days, so i missed the return date by 3 days. I'm still going to call customer service. Hopefully it doesn't burn my house down.
