I'm a back sleeper now to combat my severe acid reflux. This mattress works wonders compared to my previous memory foam one. I will say my wife is lighter and a side sleeper and she found it a little firm at first but really likes it now. Edge support was a big factor in my exhausting search for a mattress. It's not great but it's good enough. As far as not waking your partner getting in and out of bed this one is incredible. Old memory foam one i had you could definitely feel the other person and the dog. This one you will never even know they moved. As far as durability, only time will tell. As far as the first month it was an incredible purchase for the price.

It's a comfy mattress. How is it legal to sell a mattress like this for so cheap when I paid thousands for the last one at a big box store... This thing came rolled up in a box and was delivered after a few days. Popped open the box and opened the plastic. Just like that it expanded and I had a thick queen mattress upstairs... Buying one like this is the way to go. Way easier to carry up stairs in a box. I have heard folks say they had a musty odor when they've ordered these type of mattresses but this thing smells brand new!

Customer service A++++. I made a mistake and ordered a king size mattress but needed a queen size mattress. The king had already been shipped (shipped really fast, same day) so I had to request a refund. Contact and communication with customer service was beyond exceptional. They made it so easy to return for a refund and even provided a prepaid return label. Wow is all I can say. I took to FedEx and returned. Then received a full return. Easiest transition on what was MY mistake. Thank you so much. Now, I did order the queen size 14”. Same mattress. Again, I am blown away at how awesome this mattress is. I wanted a firm mattress. Its firm. I love it. After removing the plastic and dang near fully expanded the full size. After waiting less than 24hrs it expanded to full size. They do request you wait 2-3days to sleep on it but I did lay on it a day later and it felt great. Going to wait the requested time to sleep on it but I know it will be amazing. The appearance, quality and comfort is way better than I expected. No loose stitching. I can tell I am going to have this mattress a while. Thanks for fixing my mistake and sending me such a great mattress. I really appreciate everything.

Mattress was delivered vacuum-packed in a box. It was quite heavy, but I was able to maneuver it up a flight of stairs by myself without too much strain. I opened it up the morning it was delivered and slept on it the same night with no issues (i.e. no smell, puffed up nicely). I love how thick the mattress is as it sits high in my bedframe without needing a box-spring. It's very sturdy - I can sit on the edge of the bed without sagging or dipping. Cons: I wish it had handles as it's a pain to move when I need to wash my sheets. It's more firm than I like - I had a medium firmness mattress prior to getting this one and this definitely feels more firm. Overall I think it's a great mattress at a great price.

I’ma plus size woman and always worry about the side sinking or not being supported well so I’ve done $1400+ mattresses in the past like Stearns and Temper. I needed a firm mattress delivered to our somewhat remote cottage. For 269.00, I figured why not. It was easy to set up, and I managed getting it in by myself and on the boxspring with no problem. I’m not that big a guy, it was doable. The old mattress was 4 years old and around 1200.00, but after my spine surgery I couldn’t sleep on it without pain. This mattress solved the problem-I would call this firm plus, just below an extra firm.

I wanted to love this and based on the reviews I was confident this bed would be amazing! But unfortunately, its the worst bed Ive ever slept on. It caused me so many back pains and aches sleeping on this bed. Its hard as a rock and worse than sleeping on the floor. Its cheaply made and only rose to 13" when I bought the 14." The foam part of the bed never rose and was stiff as a rock. Not sure if i received a defective one but this is not even a bed! It is a NIGHTMARE and will cause you alot of pains. I tried to give it a benefit of the doubt and tried to sleep on it for over a week and I can say it doesnt get any better but gets worse!! This is a cheap bed with a cheap price tag so I guess I shouldnt have expected much. I am not even that picky and NEVER leave bad reviews and always give products the benefit of the doubt but this was a NIGHTMARE of a bed and its already sunken in even though its hard a dirty rock and the coils on the side on sticking out and never went back into place. THE WORST BED EVER!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Its impossible to return bc its so heavy and big and wont compress down so can't return it but I put it on offer up so someting can come take it and have it for free to dispose of it. SO disppointed and not sure how this bed got "Amaxon's Choice" status. THere was some probably bribery invoved LOL as there amazon can be shady like that!
