I've only been sleeping on it a week, but I really like it. I like the 10 year pro rated warranty as well. Yes, it's heavy, so some people may need a second person to help. I laid it out in a spare room and let it expand for 3 days as recommended. I am a side sleeper and so far, this feels great. I would buy it again, and wish I'd replaced my old mattress sooner. I have to admit, this mattress does make it hard to want to get out of bed in the morning. It's very comfy.

This is heavy. I have no idea how they compress, roll, and stuff the mattress inside a box. I thought I'd be able to open one end and slide or pull it out but it wouldn't budge. I ended up cutting it out the box. I should've done what another reviewer did which is to put it on the bed first and then cut the box. That way you don't have to move it again but I wanted to give it the recommended 3 days to expand. If I put it on the bed on day 1 then my daughter wouldn't have been able to sleep in her old bed while the new one was expanding. Anyway, this is a quality bed. It feels on par with store bought beds. It's firm but the pillow top gives it some cushion and softness. I prefer a softer bed but it's not uncomfortable. It would be nice if it had handles to make moving it easier but I'm not too bothered by that since I'll only move it twice a year to rotate the mattress. I think this is a really good value for the money. Highly recommend.

Mattress does not relief hip or back pain. Medium firm is more like rock firm. The pressure on my back and hips woke me up too many times and the pain is unbearable. Worst purchase I have ever made. I have 2 stars because it was delivered fast.
