The delivery time was shorter than expected and it is pretty heavy. The FedEx person left it in our driveway, lol. My wife and I took it out of the box and put it on our old foundation then cut the bag with the provided tool. It says wait 3 days. We waited a day and a half. It grew to 13 3/4 inches in a couple of hours and didn't seem to change much after 30 hours so we were anxious to sleep in it. There was a small amount of chemical smell when we first opened the bag but it quickly dissipated. I have a cranky back and this mattress seems to do the trick. It is firm and comfy. It also has a quality appearance. We got this on sale for about $300 so I am very pleased with my investment even if it does not live up to the 10 year warranty. After 3 nights of great sleep, 5 stars!

My husband and I have been sleeping on an all foam mattress the past 10 years. It was ok, but I started having many episodes of back pain this year. I was advised to get a firmer mattress. I found this one on Amazon and was skeptical to get it due to how affordable it is and it having springs but arrives rolled up. It arrived a day earlier than promised, but we waited to unroll it until Friday morning since we weren’t sure if we could sleep on it same day. It says it needs up to 72 hours to fully expand. This mattress was a heavy beast. With my back issues, hubby had to do the majority of the work. I was disappointed that when it was unrolled, the sleeping side was facing the floor, and the top/bottom were on the sides. We had to flip and rotate this large (king), heavy mattress. But that was the worst of the experience. We unrolled it at 5 am, and by the time we went to bed around 8:30, it seemed to be expanded enough so we decided to sleep on it. WOW! Best night’s sleep in a long time! Even better the second night! It was firmer than our foam mattress ended up before we got rid of it. But it was still soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a hard board. It has the right amount of support. I’m normally a side sleeper, but I have been sleeping a lot more on my back too because it has such good support! Any way I sleep, this has been comfortable and supportive. I love how tall the mattress is, and it seems to be made out of good materials. Obviously I can’t speak to the durability, and we’ll see how well the springs hold up, but so far I am so happy with this purchase. If you’ve been having back pain and/or need a new mattress, I highly recommend this one. My back pain has significantly improved to where I hardly have any after 2 nights on this mattress. I am so grateful I took a chance on this one. And I like that it was assembled in the USA.

It is heavy though but I don’t mind if you have a strong hand you can move it around, no sinking, corners perfectly firm. No smell. Very easy to open, inflated within 24h! Perfect height, shape and size. Very good quality!!! Recommend!

It's been 2.5 months sleeping on this bed and I've never felt better. It has a firm and stable support but still soft to lie on, not a marble slab as I feared. This is my first super firm bed purchase, as I've always enjoyed sleeping on pillow mountains. With my age and deteriorating joints and muscles, switching to a hard mattress was necessary. This is the best sleep I've ever gotten at home. No hip pinched joints, all the shoulder pains I had are gone, and I'm sleeping deeper and dreaming more than ever before. The downside, is the king sized bed was an elephant to lift and to roll out. Once it expands, it's in place forever. I cannot lift it again due to how heavy it actually is. Have 2 people help you get it in place before you cut the seal and roll it out it was inflated in 30 minutes but I left it alone for 3 days before laying on it. Excellent purchase and I will use their products for my other bedrooms now.

The bed is extremely firm, which works for me but if you are hoping for a medium firmness might be a little too firm. I like the hybrid of coils and foam and the top of the matress is nice with quilting to keep the loft in place. My one down side is one corner of the bed is not aligned properly. At first I thought I needed to let it completely fill out from the packaging, but it is still wonky as seen in the pictures. The mattress arrived faster than expected. This is a heavy mattress, so get help opening it and placing it on the frame. Overall it was a great price and I do recommend the mattress.

Have slept on this mattress now for a month or two and am pretty happy with it. It's quite firm and that's welcome for this older, tired out back. We got it for a great price Setup is easy but it's truly a bed-in-a-box and you need to make sure you have it where you want it before you open the vacuum sealed packing bag. It expands VERY quickly! So far so good, well see how it has held up in a year or two or three or five or more!

Seems to be comfortable and has helped with back pain. Delivery was on time and as expected. There was no smell from this mattress and it expanded to full size quite quickly. It did take 2 of us to unbox and get it on the bed still rolled from shipping. Quality of mattress is good.
