I would recommend maybe getting a size up, runs a little smaller than expected. I got a size 8 to be a bit bigger for my daughter for her school uniform it fits her, but it was meant to be bigger than a size 7 (the current size she's in)

I bought this white shirt size 14 for my 10 year old daughter who normally wears size 12 for a performance at school. I bought a slightly larger size, so she wore it loosely, but it was good because the fabric was very thin. If you wear the perfect size, your underwear may see through. I've washed it in the washing machine and put it in the dryer and it doesn't wrinkle. The great point is that you don't need to iron after washing! ... show more

I purchased two of these adorable shirts and could not be happier . They are so soft and well made they are perfect for school uniforms for the kiddos and a nice change from the old uniform collars. I added a blue dress over one of the shirts for a little fun .
