Our mattress isn't 9" it's 8" It doesn't resemble the one pictured here either, it's quite different, uncomfortable and weak in certain areas. We ordered "plush" however mattress is not plush. Unfortunately we did not receive any paperwork so we don't have a warranty, pamphlet, invoice etc...We checked the box exterior as well and nothing was taped on. We don't see an option here to contact the seller for paperwork and any other pertinent information. We didn't open it until 10/31/21 We're stuck with this unknown mattress. I hope the seller corrects the description, photos and sends proof of purchase, warranty etc... ... show more

I read the reviews of it not actually being 8". I followed the directions very precisely and after 2 days mine was at 8". That being said, this is a very comfortable mattress and I slept very well on it. It's pretty soft while provided good support with a decent blend of firmness. Got this for my daughter when we went from a twin to full. Omg I love this bed! It’s soft soft! It’s in slats and not a box spring and there is no sagging.
