    • It's durable, easy to carry, but the "pillow" is stiff and uncomfortable

This thing is great as far as space-saving, ease of packing in and packing out, and ease of set up and put away goes, but the "pillow" when inflated enough for the bed to be of use is hard and uncomfortable. It's very stiff. My son hated it for boy scout camp. If you do get it I recommend rolling up clothes or using your pack as a pillow on the opposite end of the pad. Some rolled up clothing over the "pillow" might help with adding softness, but I'd think it might make it too high to be comfortable for your neck. We'll hang onto this for times we need lightweight pads for camping, as it does seem durable, stays inflated and is easy to reinflate if it did lose any air after days of camping, but we will also be looking around for something a little more comfortable. Used this once on a wildfire assignment and it only made it through one night, the next night it sprung a leak. I spent the rest of the fire assignment sleeping on the tarp. I tried to contact the company for a replacement, but did not have any luck.
