First of the sofa I got looks like it was returned already, part of was put together, part of it wasn't. The box was cut up and tapped up in all sorts of spots but we took the chance and opened it up anyways. The actual sofa "bed" part for even someone just 5"8 it's too short. The motion pull out and turn it into a bed is not seamless or easy. It's built very cheap. Disappointed in this & when trying to return it seems like I'm currently stuck waiting for up to 2 days for the seller to respond and see what my options are. For the price and for what I wanted this love seat for it's great. I gave it a 3 because the assembly directions were not clear and it took us forever to figure it out. Otherwise it's what I expected. I needed something small for my craft room where I can sit when I want to and need extra sleeping space from time to time. Perfect for the need. Purchased this after looking at many others. There were only 12 reviews, but they were all 5 stars. NOT!! I always rely on reviews when ordering. Unfortunately, this time was a mistake. If I could have taken apart and repacked it, it would have been returned. Pictures look like it is nice and puffy, but there is almost NO padding. Seat is about 4". Everything about this looks cheap and is not comfortable. There are 3 positions for the back , but the middle one is only about 6" from laying down. Not a good position for watching TV. All the way up is too straight backed. Color is not dark grey as expected and fabric is kind of shiny. I do not recommend anything about this sleeper. You get what you pay for. ... show more
