I can't believe how much of a difference a mattress protector can make. This thing is amazing. It's so comfortable. And almost nothing is comfortable as a perimenopausal/autoimmune arthritis woman. This thing is the real deal. I don't know how much actual cooling it does, but it definitely doesn't make things warmer. I put it on a day after we got it. I let it air out and fluff up a bit. There was no chemical smell which made me happy. I put it on, and it felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. Definitely recommend!

This is my 3rd one 1st one was a full I upgraded to a queen and gifted it to my sister then I bought this one as my second one to have so that when I'm washing my other one I can have one on my bed at all times the only thing about this one is that it is an inch to 2inches off on the sides like it's not a queen size but the corners fit hopefully over time it stretches but Ive had this pattern before and it fit wonderful this one on the other hand is missing an inch on both sides but I got this cause trying other ones with cotton just don't seem right to me cause I would hate for it to tear and the cotton come out at least I know this brand hasn't done that to me so as for the padding it's not so thick it's is comfortable however if your looking for for fluff this ain't it it's like an added blanket washability is good although I hang dry mine mostly so I don't know about the dryer . Waterproof not so much cause It'll still have spots of stains if you got kids but they do come off and for Pain relief you will have after a long day at work. Long review but hope this helps God bless.

My bed the way it is hurts my back so I got this "fluffy" mattress cover to try to help make my mattress a little bit more comfortable. I have bought multiple mattress toppers with memory foam, down alternative, you name it. None of them have helped my bed feel any more comfortable. I wanted 100% cotton but everyone that I invested in didn't do squat to help me. I decided to give this one a try even though it's polyester. After all my sheets that cover it are an amazing Egyptian cotton so I decided to just go with the cheaper polyester mattress topper to see what happens. Well last night I slept very well. I was extremely comfortable and my back did not hurt when I woke up. I used a memory foam bed topper and then I put this mattress topper on top of that. The topper is plenty deep to cover my entire mattress and it's about 14 in deep with the memory foam. It stayed in place all night long and I slept like a charm. It does not have a cooling effect that I noticed and it is not extremely fluffy but it did help me to sleep more comfortably and I did not wake up with back pain. If you're looking for something extremely fluffy this is it. If you're looking for something to give your bed an extra level of comfort, support, and to eliminate back pain this topper seems to cut it. I'm finally satisfied. Sometimes the best quality and more expensive and highly rated item is not where it's at. In my case the cheaper polyester mattress topper did the trick.

I was excited for the cooling portion since I’ve hit perimenopause and was looking for something to go along with my cooling blanket. It sadly did nothing to help me stay cool or at least keep the heat minimal and it did not. It has not helped my boyfriend either who would prefer a cool bed. It has a little padding to give you a little softer feel to your bed, but other than that I was disappointed.

Highly recommend, I got this & a 2" memory foam piece I put under it on each of our 15" memory foam mattresses that have hit the 10 year old mark. It's now been 8 months of great sleep with no more pain, soft yet firm, comfortable sleep once again as if our mattresses were brand new. Love these & truly recommend getting them. I'm still in shock these & the 2" pieces together for < $100 per bed saved us from having to spend $1000's on new mattresses!

The description said it would keep you cool, it would make your old matress new again. It was very easy to put on over the old matress, and I didn't have to use bed sheet straps to hold down the sheets due to the pad taking out the excess space. Fits perfectly, and is comfortable, let's see how it does over the next year.
