I LOVE this! I used it to sleep in a cabin with a bunch of other people, along with a travel sound machine for backup. It's good quality, not hot, does a pretty good job of staying on your ears. Just adjust the speakers first by moving them around to the right spots over your ears. It's best if you're on your side, as the pillow presses it against your ear, but not too bad on the other side. I think I laid a folded or wadded up shirt or somethng over my other ear while laying on my side so it pressed it down against my ear even more. Lifesaver! Can't wait to use it in other places that I can't use a fan or sound machine because they'll bother other people.

I moved into my dorm a few weeks ago and my roommate snores so loud, it wakes me up at night. She’s louder than my mom who has sleep apnea. I had this headband lying around from a past relationship where we fell asleep on the phone. I decided to see if it would help me sleep. It did! Not only does this product block out snores that are reminiscent of a lawn mower, it’s actually really comfortable. I read a lot of reviews saying the speakers are noticeable, so I was worried, but they’re not noticeable in a bad way. You can feel the speakers, but they’re not uncomfortable at all. That’s coming from someone with autism that is VERY sensitive to stuff like that. I also like how I don’t have to be near my phone to switch the song, as I sleep on a lofted bed, and it’s a pain to get to my phone in the middle of the night. Honestly, I’d recommend these to literally anyone who wants to listen to music while they sleep. I’d also recommend it if you need to block out noises at night. Just be aware you’ll have to put the volume up really high if you want to block out noises. It’s not too loud, but I also tend to listen to my music on max volume, so take that with a grain of salt. Oh! Also, the sound barely leaks out. My roommate told me she can’t hear the music at all and she sleeps just across the room from me. Keep in mind, I have the volume almost all the way up. When it falls off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t happen that much, I have trouble finding it, because I can’t hear the music if it’s under a pillow or is too far from me. It’s genuinely an amazing product and if you’re contemplating getting it enough to be looking at reviews, take my word for it, this is totally worth $20!!!

I typically use this when I'm struggling to fall asleep and want some kind of timed white noise to distract me. It's not so comfortable that I'd wear it every night, but it works well enough that I'm okay using it on nights when I'm really struggling. For what it does, I like it a lot, and pretty much always bring it with me while traveling. My big complaint that keeps me off five stars is the noise it makes to warn you that you've hit maximum volume. For something I'm specifically putting in when I'm having trouble sleeping, it's a weirdly harsh noise; it would be better if it didn't have a max volume noise at all.

This product has potential to be better, but it’s nowhere close. The speakers and electronic components should be made to be removed so the headband can be washed. It does a good job blocking out the light but that’s the best it can do it makes you sweat and of course you cannot clean it because the electrical components cannot be removed. A redesign is suggested with better materials and removal electronics. It could at least get a four star. I do not use it anymore because it smells of sweat and I cannot clean it. PS if I can find another good thing to say about it the battery life at least last eight hours overnight.

I expected this to fit around my head like a typical sports band. Instead it’s almost too big to stay up. For some people this product may not work at all. The sound quality isn’t that great when compared to a nice pair of headphones but for its intended purpose (a cheap set of headphones you can sleep with) it’s fine. There is noise leakage even when it’s not turned up high but fortunately it doesn’t bother my partner who sleeps next to me. They say it sounds like muffled sounds they cannot make out. I had no problems pairing the unit and it seems to have a good battery life. I think the headband would be more comfortable if it fit snugger. It was sliding over one of my eyes at night when I laid down. The speakers themselves are uncomfortable if you are a side sleeper. I was able to use them one night but ever since I’ve woken up each night in pain from using them while laying on my side. There is very little padding around the speakers. I don’t typically wake up with ear pain and the pain does go away when I remove these and go back to sleep. I’ve also tried sliding the headband above my ear on one side while I sleep to avoid ear pain. I find that it just hurts another part of my ear instead. I was really excited to purchase these. My partner likes going to bed super early in complete silence and I can’t sleep without the TV going. I was hoping that this was the perfect solution but it hasn’t been working out.

i bought these to use while i’m asleep— to block out ambient noises that might startle me awake. i figured if there’s constant noise in my ears i’d be less likely to wake up. if i have noise coming out of my phone close to me that will work, but sometimes the phone disappears as i roll around, hence- comfortable headphones. not sure what i expected for the price, but i just took a 3 hour nap and when i woke up they were shut off. this has happened every time since they arrived. they’re fully charged when i go to use them, always are. the comfort is ok. you can’t feel the speakers much if you’re a side sleeper, which i was worried about.
