I’ve been using this product for about a month now and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I am a side sleeper and I’ve always counted on a down pillow to mold to my neck. I recently went through a health crisis that inflamed my neck and shoulder tissues. and my regular pillows were no longer cutting it. It took a couple of nights to get used to this pillow since it’s so different from a standard pillow. But now I can’t believe how comfortable it is - whether I’m on my side or back. I find that I am moving less and staying in position with my head centered on the pillow. I don’t wake up with any pain. It doesn’t get hot and it seems like a good quality product. I highly recommend it.

I have tried others but THIS pillow is the best! If you are a side sleeper, the edges give you the perfect height and support for the neck. I first ordered this pillow about 2 years ago and it has held up beautifully. I recently left it behind on a trip out of town. After ONE night without it, I ordered what I thought was the same one. IT WAS NOT! So I went back in my purchasing history to find THIS company and sure enough, my neck is happy once again with this great pillow. THANK YOU!!

Found this pillow fairly comfortable and for CPAP users it makes back sleeping more comfortable due to the neck support. It also holds it shape another plus. I like the removable casing so it can be put in washer along with rest of bedding. I highly recommend this pillow.

Updated 11/29/24: About a week after I wrote the below review, I started having unbearable neck, shoulder and upper back pain and stiffness, daily horrible headaches, etc. I was miserable every day for 10 days when it finally dawned on me it was the pillow. I went back to an older pillow I have (not the one I had previously that I mentioned in my initial review) and woke up sooo much better the next morning. I've been back on my other pillow for 3-4 weeks now and I've had wayyyy less neck pain and stiffness. Of course all of this occurred outside the return window. Honestly, this pillow is absolutely horrible. I truly cannot believe the degree of pain I was in from it. Save your money and do not buy this! Original review: Is it just me or is it dang near impossible to find a great or perfect pillow? Even if you do, it seems like it doesn't last more than a year at most, sometimes even less, and then they start to cause you neck pain and problems. I've had this pillow for 6 full weeks now. I should mention I'm a side sleeper. It's definitely not one of those cushy soft pillowy pillows where you fall into it and go ahhhhhh cause it's so comfortable. You lay against this one and go ....oh. HOWEVER, it's noticeably decreased the daily neck pain I have. It's not gone, but I didn't expect a miracle in a pillow by any means. In my opinion, if you wake up with less neck pain than you had previously, then the pillow has good support and is doing its job. With my previous pillow I had started waking up with daily bad neck pain. I don't have that with this pillow so I'm calling that a win. It seems to be a good height so that my neck is properly aligned with my body. It does not have a smell that bothers me while I sleep.

I have had this pillow for months now and I love it. Got one for my sister. It has not changed! Most pillows lose their shape, their support, etc. Find myself waking up to mess with it. This one.. I sleep through the night.. every night. Cannot express this enough. It has not changed. Everything about the pillow seems the same as week 2. No more shoulder pain. I am sleeping so much better. This really solved an issue I had had for decades. It does take a few nights to get used to. I am a side sleeper so I cannot attest to anything for others. And your mileage may vary. But I am a big guy with a big head and just could not come up with a single idea to improve this product.

I have bungling disc'sin my neck. I can sleep in two positions. Flat on my back and on my right side. I have bought another pillow for years and had improved sleep with it, however, it didn't give me the support I needed to keep from pain through the night. This pillow provides neck support on my back like nothing else I have found. I filp it to the other direction when I need to roll over to my side and it lifts the pressure off my shoulder and there is a cut out to place my top arm. I am on my second order after about a year so I have one at our cabin. My girlfriend was over when it arrived tonight. She asked about it, and I had her try it. She will be purchasing one too after feeling the neck support. The cover comes off with a zipper and snap in the middle to wash it. Highly recommend this if you have pain in your neck.

I purchased this cervical neck pillow in 2024 while I was on a journey to find something that would help with my neck pain. I only used it for a few days before stopping because it did not work for me. The pillow felt very firm and rigid, and I would often wake up with more neck discomfort instead of relief. As a petite person, I also felt that the height and shape were not the right fit for my body. After a few days of trying it, I decided to stop using it and continued my search until this year I finally found a pillow that worked much better for me. Pros: * Good material quality * Solid construction * Contoured design Cons: * Too firm for my comfort * Caused more neck discomfort in my experience * Not suitable for petite body frame (for me) Overall: This pillow may work for others, but in my case it was too firm and did not provide the comfort or support I needed, so I only used it for a few days before switching to another option.
