** Update post 4 months with pillow** Well, I will say it's still a great pillow. It hasn't flattened at all, still firm enough to keep my neck in position. It unfortunately is not tall enough for me to side sleep and when on my back, my back hurts from laying almost flat, so I have to have a firm pillow under it to give it some height... once I did that, my head and neck were still in a good position in the pillow and my shoulders don't hurt nor does my back from being too straight. I still have a problem with the slots for my arms as they are just not in a great position for me. I use 1 of them when sleeping on my stomach and my other arm has to lay at my side, but I belive that's just due to the severity of my neck and back problems and nothing to do with the pillow. I take it everywhere and still 10/10 recommend. After only a few days, my husband and I have noticed a huge difference in my sleeping. My hands and arms are no longer waking me up from how numb they are.. my husband said I'm not snoring anymore.. and I feel much more rested since using it. I know it says you should notice a difference in like 2 weeks.. but I guess that just goes to show how bad my neck and back are that I noticed right away. The pillow is JUST firm enough to keep my head and neck in the correct position, yet not TOO hard as to be uncomfortable. I will say that I find the slots for your arms nice yet hard to get used to, especially when I am normally like a contortionist to try and keep my arms and hands from going numb. 10/10 would recommend

ok, so I bought it because I kept seeing ads on insta and TikTok. Bought it, used it for about a month, not amazing for me. Im a side sleeper so always ended up on the wings vs. where the head should lie. I like putting one hand under my head so that was always a problem. Just wasn't for me.

This is exactly as advertised. It takes some getting used to as it is a very different shape than a standard pillow. I have used it for a few days and I am still trying it out. It is so different from a standard pillow that it will take some getting used to. The jury is out on if this is a keeper.
