It turns itself on whenever I just turn the tv on because it’s connected cuz USB into the tv. I don’t dislike it. i love how i can control it from my phone and i don’t need a remote (i lose things a lot). i like how it only stays on when my tv is on and it was SUPER easy to set up, however, i would recommend having another person helping you make sure it isn’t crooked

Tape didn't go all the way around the TV and to use the full function requires you to sign up for an account which I'm not too sure about. You can use without signing up for the account however but you get just basic functions. Product is ok for the price.

For the money this was very nice. App is easy to navigate. The light strip has an adhesion strip on the back side. When I peeled it off most of the 'glue' came off with it leaving little to no adhesion on the light strip. Unfortunate. But I just taped it on the back of the TV and it worked fine.
