I know that if you use the velcro on them a lot, the velcro will wear away, but I have kept them together since the first day I have has them, and they still have been able to stay together. this product is much better than the default straps w/ no ankle support. I only give it a 4 because I guess it isn't compatible with smaller feet, it has a looser fit because the strap can only be pulled so far to tighten.

I buy new straps every 6 months or so. The Velcro wears out. It just happens. I usually buy the regular circular straps but thought I’d give these feet straps a try. The idea SOUNDED nice. Eh, I was wrong. These will twist on your feet and mess up your tracking almost immediately. The first time you move your feet. The Velcro is weak and comes undone constantly. I had these for a week before feeling like I needed new ones. While they are too large on my feet, I only wear a women’s size 6.5 shoe, but I can’t see them fitting on a much larger sized foot at all. Just not a very well designed product all around. Feels cheap, doesn’t hold up, and just not worth the price at all. Would not recommend. ... show more

Material is very irritatating to skin. In addition, the Velcro barely adheres for some of the straps. The "arm/leg" straps can only fit a child or very petite person's actual arms/legs.
