Update April 8, 2025 Ok I just received another message with a tracking number for a new trampoline! This company is hands down the best I have ever communicated with and I highly recommend them. We can't wait to enjoy some fun on the replacement trampoline. If it turns out half as good as the customer service, then whoever buys it will not be disappointed. Again, I highly recommend getting a trampoline from this company. UPDATE April 4, 2025 I changed my rating to 5 stars because customer service has been really great and has even offered to send a replacement trampoline. The trampoline itself seemed to be very sturdy and well made. The extras are really nice too. I do however still want to express caution with the anchors and straps. They are not the strongest. I do recommend getting this trampoline. It really is worth the investment to see the smiles on your kids faces, just might want to think about looking into a stronger anchor set. We just put this trampoline up 2 days ago. Everything was assembled properly, including the anchors. My daughter just got it for her birthday present and hasn't even been able to jump on it and it's already gone! The anchors completely failed to actually anchor the trampoline down during a rain storm! I can't even return it to get a refund or replacement because the company expects me to send the damaged item back but how can I send it back when it's completely gone?!

No complaints, the grandchildren love it and can’t wait to add the lights and sprinkler come summer. Everything was packaged well and in perfect condition. We ran into shipping issues but the seller was quick to step in and resolve the problem. They were great and easy to work with. I recommend this trampoline and the seller.

I recently purchased the products while installing them, I encountered a couple of issues. The basketball included in the package is punctured, with visible holes, and two of the ground anchors are damaged, making installation difficult

Overall it works and my kid loves it. However there were multiple issues Mine looked like it was open box or something even though I bought it as new. The bix looks like it had been opened and the springs were inside of a random white box with a shipping label that had someone's address on it One of the metal parts looked like it went to a different trampoline, it was a completely different color and shape and didn't fit right All the nuts and bolts and several springs were missing as well as the spring puller tool. I contacted the email on the instructions they said if parts were missing to contact the seller. I tried to contact the seller but since amazon was handling the customer service for this item it wouldn't let me and I could only go through amazon. Of course amazon doesn't have Extra parts so my only option was to return it and wait for a refund then by another one. They didn't even have an option for replacement. So customer service for it was aweful. I didn't have time to wait for all that as this was for my kids birthday so I just had to fix it myself. Luckily we're handy enough to fix these issues, spent about $50 on nuts and bolts, springs, and a spring puller tool and we were able to use a sledgehammer to reshape the metal part that wasn't right into a usable shape. Also the safety net is held at the top of the trampoline by cheap plastic clips which unclip as you jump. So I had to tie them with some rope. On a positive note the trampoline itself is very bouncy and seems to be of good quality. I wouldn't recommend this particular one. You could buy a cheaper trampoline and just order lights and sprinklers for it and save a couple hundred dollars. Make sure the net isn't held by plastic clips lol

This trampoline is made along the same value as a walmart trampoline for almost 3x the cost. The hardware is cheap the metal poles are thin and the bolts that hold them together are cheap and they break easy. This is not a 500 dollar plus trampoline. Walmart sells the same one for a third of the price. I definitely didn't get what I paid for.
