The boxes looked like a return item, the product inside seemed OK until I put the batteries in and then the return actuator kept running due to a stuck pressure button. I tried to fix it with lubricants with no success. It’s a shame because this is a reputable company in the golf industry. Not happy for sure.

I like to practice my putting all year long. I live in a cold place, so an indoor putting green is essential. This is 9 feet which is perfect. The holes are well aligned and the turf is good quality. I have been using this for months and am impressed with its durability. It has greatly improved my putting performance. I like the ball return as it lets me get in more practice in less time. I use this between phone calls and meetings. The indoor use is the most important part of this for me as I live in a cold climate. This is a good value for the money as you can get in a ton of practice time. Highly recommended!

It appears that if you miss the putt, you have to retrieve the ball yourself, which seems like a significant design flaw.

This is a really nice putting mat with automatic ball return, this uses 4 AA batteries for the return feature, and there are measurements on the mat at the 3, 6 & 8 ft marks. The texture is a little rough but close enough to actual putting green.. I like putting small obstacles under the mat to add some extra challenge and elevation. This will definitely help build your short game skills and keep you entertained all winter! The ball return is quick and works great! The bottom of the mat is slip resistant with a rubbery coating to hold it in place. Great value for the price and fun for everyone!

My husband has the whole SkyTrak system, so he was excited to add this putting mat to his golf studio. We needed to add four AA batteries. The ball return works as expected, it pops the ball right back to the end of the mat. The ball doesn't seem to follow the line when you putt, but I'm not sure if that's a user problem or an uneven surface lol... guess we'll keep practicing!
