I'm running with gear made two years ago for a cheaper price, and typically pre-builds are more expensive than individual parts. After a month or so I was finally able to talk to someone at customer service. After some trouble shooting we found out the hard drive went bad. They promised to send a new one once they received the old one (@their expense). This took 2 months because of some error on their end. When I called again, they shipped out a new one with more memory. That arrived in a week. Overall, I think my bad experience may have been a fluke. I would give them a second chance. I purchased this in July for my son. At the end of August it quit booting up. He is unable to open windows. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times. Every time, there are at least 7-20 callers ahead of me. I left a voicemail and have never received a call back. I also sent a message through their customer service and still have heard nothing. The computer has not worked for 3 weeks now. I will probably have to take it to a local repair place to get something done. ... show more

Do not WASTE your time on this PC. It is not good for it's value. There is other better prebuilts that give a much better and smoother gaming experience. The gaming capability is only good for low end games like Valorant and such, but higher range game it do not expect it to run 60+ FPS nicely. The noise is moderately loud for such a small PC.
