This is the second sky flute I have owned. My daughter used the first one for four years of middle school band. Bought the new one this year instead of replacing pads on the old one. Was actually 100.00 cheaper than replacing the pads!! This flute is really pretty (I bought the red one). I bought it for my daughter to use in pep band. Sadly, it wouldn't go together properly. She couldn't get the foot joint in all the way, and the head joint was too loose. I have opted to return this.

LOVE this flute! Been playing for several years and I will say that this flute is better than I expected. ***Pros: color is AMAZING, sound quality is very good, FAST shipping, and great customer service. ***Cons: you get what you pay for. I can tell that it is a lower quality instrument, but as long as you are careful it should last a while. Just don't bang it around or scratch it. Happy customer! :-) ... show more
