This is the best ever knife I have ever purchased. It is extremely sharp and makes cutting vegetables and fruits ultra easy, little effort for sure. I have to state that the 2nd time I used this wonderful knife while cutting wet celery my fingers slipped enough that the blade easily gave me a good cut on my thumb with lots of blood and pain so one must be extremely cautious to use this knife. The cut was just shy of needing stitches. Anyway, I gave the knife 4 stars only because I think a blade cover for safety should be a part of the purchase as it's not advisable to store this particular highly rated knife in one's general knife drawer.

Love the feel of this knife, it really does help get a solid grip when cutting things. I have been using this knife for just over a month and I am honestly shocked how sharp this knife has stayed> Great for any sized kitchen, only downside is it doesn't come with a cover

I love this knife. It is my new go-to for cutting and chopping, when I don't need a larger knife. It has a good weight, and feels good in my hand. I did have to sharpen it pretty quickly after I got it, but I would be doing that eventually anyway.

Love this knife! I had like zero knives before getting two different knives from this brand. And the knives I did have were extremely dull. I was surprised at how good these knives are for the price. They have a nice weight to them and are super sharp, right out of the packaging. I don't have anything negative to say about this knife, and highly recommend!

While not a professional chef, I did play one during my college years. Okay, I was cook in a restaurant, right under the chef. So I know my way around professional knives. So my kitchen is always stoked with a wide variety of knives. This size knife is more of a utility knife. The blade is a little thick for paring maybe, I would use something like this for cutting smaller handheld items, like radish tops and roots, aspargus bottoms, maybe ene in meats for the final fat trimming, maybe. It is a good size, so I've been looking for one this size to replace my original German knife. So I was glad I found this offering. Right now, as new, it cuts well, and balances pretty well. A knife this small fits in the whole hand so balance it is not really a major issue, although it is heavier toward the handle end. In short, this is a great knife for small tasks, and I will be using it for many years to come. Would make a good gift as well.
