  • Great for the price and fairly durable!
Color: Black
Skullcandy has always been a brand I've loved so I really love the freedom of having true wireless earbuds. One of the issues I find with earbuds in general, is that my ears are just small. My earholes are small and my ear is small in general. A lot of earbuds end up hurting after a while. I had a knock off version of airpods and they didn't feel good at all. These fit better than other earbuds I've had and don't hurt as much (as much being the key words). The sound quality is pretty good but they aren't really noise cancelling which is fine because that's not what I was looking for. The battery life isn't great but it's not bad because the case recharges four times. I keep chargers with me anyway so it's no big deal. As far as durability, I've dropped them and they've gone flying across the room by accident. They still work just the same and I can't even see any scratches on them. I got the gray color and they look smashing. All in all, they are good for my needs and I really like them. ... show more

  • Best of all I've tried
Color: Black
My mom got me a pair of bluetooth earbuds for Christmas and the right side just didn't connect, so I returned those and got another pair. Those had horrible static in the background of every song. Returned those and just decided to get my trusty SkullCandy. I hadn't tried them first because I saw they only had 3 star reviews. I use their wired earbuds and have only ever used them. I'm so glad I got these. Positives: Great sound quality Great with bass and high pitch Connects very easily Long battery life on both buds and case Small carrying case that's easy to connect to Buttons to change the song, play, pause, etc (I don't like the touch activated because it's always too sensitive, so I like that these are actual buttons) Stays in ear well and comes with different sizes to allow proper fit Small and not super obvious in the ear Negatives: Not a very long range connection Button has to be pushed deep causing some ear pressure Doesn't get super loud ... show more

  • LIKELY BEST BUDS FOR THIS PRICE
Ok now I usually use AirPods I absolutely love those but I lost one of them so it was time to get some new buds so I started looking for a pair that wasn’t too pricey or bad quality. I found these they were delivered on time they work great and I use them all the time almost all day I have atleast one in. Usually the left one. Music games and videos all sound good and so dose the voice quality on calls and for me the battery lasts for me they haven’t died while I was out or using them. GREAT BUY for budget buds. The only things negative that I can say is that they are just missing a few features the airPods have.. as the noise cancellation they block out too much when they are just in my ear I can’t have a conversation. I could hear in a convo when I had in the AirPods. But that doesn’t take away from me loving these. The only other issue is just that the case doesn’t use usb-c and almost every thing else I have uses usb-c so I have to keep extra things around for when I have to charge them.I saw some bad reviews about issues with the right earbud but I haven’t had any issues. So overall I think for under 30 dollars these are amazing headphones I would definitely recommend these if you’re used to high quality buds and need a cheaper option no matter the reason. I will be using these until they break or I loose them. Lol ... show more

  • Wow I really wanted to like these.
Color: Indigo
UPDATED: OK. I have been using these for a few months now. I was severely underwhelmed when I first got them, and I'm still not the greatest fan, but here are the pros and cons. *Size/Fit: 5 stars. Here, I have no complaints. They fit nicely, they're small, they're comfortable. I've been a skullcandy fan for a while, though I'll admit it's mostly for the aesthetic, which doesn't make up for what I'll mention in the rest of this review. *Case size: That boy is CHONKY. This is a BIG CASE. Will not be slipped into any pockets. This was designed for a desk, or a purse/backpack. Considering how small the buds are, this is insanely unnecessary. *Battery Life: Okay, they don't LIE about how short the battery life is, they say 3 hours right on the box, but that doesn't change the fact that 3 hours is a very short battery life. And 7 more hours charge in the case? Why is it so flipping large if there's not even a solid battery in it? I like to keep earbuds on with some music or a podcast playing during work most days, as it keeps me from being distracted. This means I need a 5 to 8 hour battery life, so these are out. Some of the podcasts I listen to have episodes longer than the battery life in these buds. What they are good for, however, it's throwing on something relaxing to pull me into sleep at bedtime. And that's it. THAT SAID, if you're only snagging these to take calls, then this might be a non-issue for you. *The Buttons: These are not touch buttons, they're buttons that actually click inwards. This means I can adjust the buds in my ears without accidentally pausing and unpausing the music, though it also means that I occasionally jam them uncomfortably into my ear canal when I'm not paying attention, as they require a heavy finger to click. (There is a way to kind of hold the bit that's out of your eardrum and press the button without drilling into your ear canal, but it's enough work to cancel out my joy at being able to adjust them without the risk of pausing the sound.) Furthermore, they use a different setting than all other buds I've used... You double click to raise/lower the volume instead of press-and-hold. So you have to poke your eardrums many, many times if you want to adjust the volume by a lot. Might as well unlock your phone and do it that way, because these volume controls are basically useless. *The Sound: The sound itself is okay. The sound it makes between tracks or when you pause your video/music/show is torture. Ever heard of coil whine? Yeah, these guys DO that. If you're a person that can hear those high-pitched electronic noises some devices make, these will be painful when they're running without sound. Ok. So...if you cannot hear super-high-frequency sounds, do not need them for long stints of time, and do not intend on carrying the case with you in a pocket -- these are actually not a bad deal. Grab a pair. These live on my bedside table, and I enjoy using them for their isolated purpose of quick relaxing YouTube videos to trick my insomnia into letting me pass out every night. But that's about all I can use them for. ... show more
