It's pretty incredible how far tech has come in terms of wireless earbuds, particularly the inexpensive price range which in years past would come with very huge compromises. I just finished wearing out a cheap pair that got the job done while I used it, but had frequent enough pairing issues, so-so sound quality, and barely serviceable battery life. Having the ability to listen to some music is better than having none at all, so I just dealt with it for the time being. Now mind you skullcandy is a brand I've had experience with in the past but with mixed results. However the 'Jib True 2' are a pleasant surprise. While in-ear they look slightly goofy, the sound quality for this price point is really good. Plus the fitment allows for natural noise isolation, and lastly the battery life in both the buds and the charging case is amazing. Side-note while snug I wouldn't necessarily use these for rigorous exercise since they would probably fall out. In that case I would just get a pair of earbuds with ear-hooks for that. Oh before I forget to mention there's additional tile support, although with my pair unfortunately for one reason or another both buds don't connect properly to the app so I can't make use of the 'find my earbud' functionality which is a shame, but not a deal breaker. I'm pretty good with not misplacing my electronics, but having this not work out of the box is a bit of a disappointment. That aside all-in-all for sub-30$ you get a fairly solid feature rich experience plus the sound quality is good compared to other low budget options which is surprising since skullcandy isn't usually known for audiophile quality sound. Most importantly pairing is easy and the connection is stable when listening. I started looking around for a new set of Bluetooth earbuds because I noticed that every time I used my AirPods, after a while my ears would get overly waxy and they felt like they were on the verge of falling out constantly. So I bought these mainly because I knew the brand AND the squishy earpieces. Not only have they solved my previous problems, but I hadn’t realized how NOT soundproof my AirPods were until I used these! I put these in and can’t eat a word someone is saying, even before I start playing music. They have amazing sound quality- especially for the price! They fit so comfortably as well, I can head-bang and they stay put. Not to mention it came with 3 sets of earpieces in 3 different sizes. Now, I’ve seen some people have trouble with the pairing, and it took me a minute to figure it out, but once you understand how to do it it’s fairly simple. Also, when I put them in the case and go to use them at a later time, they’ll auto connect to my iPhone Bluetooth just like my AirPods did. I bought two for my sister and me and we are more than satisfied with this product. I was surprised at the physical weight of it, as my previous off-brand earbuds were much, much lighter. We were both amazed at how snugly it fits in the ears, which is useful for going to the gym or playing sports or any sort of athletic activities. Sound quality is great, and offers a tight balance between the highs, mids, and lows, that make you hear things in your music that you've never heard before. What I liked: - Sound quality - Volume - Battery life - Fits snugly - Build quality What I think could be better: - Touch controls or more sensitive buttons. I feel like I have to dig into my ear a little bit - Micro USB. Still charges well, but USB-C has been out for 8 years since this product released and it would be more convenient. - Packaging. The packaging was great except that the different sized silicone earbuds in earphone products usually come in a small plastic bag for safe storage. This wasn't the case here. These are great ear buds. They are extremely durable. I accidentally sent them through the washer and dryer. I was shocked when unloading the dryer to find the case with the ear buds in them.     • Survived the wash!

Pros: - Most impressive is that they survived a trip through the wash. Set them out to dry for a day and they worked the same as before, no damage. - Has physical buttons instead of touch controls like most other earbuds, which I love. I would always hit touch controls by accident on other earbuds so I had to handle them so precisely to not screw it up, or on some earbuds couldn't get the touch to register. A button is much simpler. - Compatible with tile! If you lose everything this is great. I haven't seen any other earbuds that have this. - Battery life is great, especially if you tend to use one at a time, letting the other one charge in the case and then swapping. I often only need to charge them once a week. - Case is sturdier than other earbuds cases I've seen. Have dropped it quite a few times and it's fine. The earbuds still make good contact in the case too, while other earbuds often stop connecting correctly to charge after a few drops, which makes them basically unusable. Only cons are: - Kinda chunky, so they stick out a bit from your ears, can look a little goofy. - Micro USB charging instead of USB-C, but that's not really a biggie ... show more
