So trampoline was getting heavy use. Unfortunately the springs lasted 2 months and then they began to stretch and break. At least 2-3 a day would break off. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately (always within 24 hours) and they are sending out a replacement. Easy to put together, all metal is clear coated as described. When put together all poles have the tops plugged, no rain can get in preventing any rust issues from the inside like others I have had/seen. The padding is sufficient, but could be thicker in a perfect world, but the price works so it's not a big issue. The netting is tight, the springs are quality and the stitching is done very well. It has a long warranty, and the company selling this CC GARDEN says to just contact them with any issues. Its's a 5/10 year warranty, and I believe they will be helpful if they are still here that long, and hopefully so, but I'd like a manufacturers guarantee as well and would like to know how to get one. That's the only concern, otherwise, if's a great trampoline and at a nice cost. ... show more
