I’m so happy I ordered this and although it took a lot longer to arrive than the other 3 covers I ordered.. this one is IT! The others are going back. I tried Yoofoss, JJ Cole and Liuliuby. The only one that maybe comes close is the Liuliuby but this Skiphop cover is so much better. The skiphop pulls perfectly taut around the whole Pipa car seat. As a result: the zipper may be operated one-handed, and the overall appearance of the car seat ensemble just looks cleaner since no fabric is drooping into the car seat. The zipper zips up almost all the way which is something I found lacking on the other covers. You zip this one right up (the other cover zippers ended midway) and then you unbutton and fold down the face hole covering. The interior fleece lining is dreamy (not that it really matters for the baby). The exterior fabric feels nice and weatherproof. The elastic is tight and perfect. There is not a single gap on the sides. Baby will be perfectly warm in the seat. To install the cover, I pushed the car seat visor all the way back and then tugged it down behind the car seat. When the cover is installed, it does hide the car seat release latch (the button you press to get it out of the car or off of the stroller) but you are fully able to use the visor with the cover installed. It also kind of interferes with the leash you tug at the foot end to tighten safety belts but it is still somewhat accessible. It should not cause a problem though because you buckle the baby in and then zip the cover. I’m so excited to use this awesome cover and return the others. Works well, is soft to the touch and fits over our Doona car seat. Only small issue is that the face hole is up higher than our little's face so she can't see out super well. However this will likely resolve itself as she gets older.

As someone currently living in Alaska, I wanted something that wouldn’t make my baby overheat but would keep him warm at the same time. I put this thing through the ultimate test on Halloween as my baby was only in 2 layers, a hat, and socks. Comfortable and cozy. A time saver when getting baby ready to go to day care or anywhere without having to put a blanket on that won’t stay in place. I would suggest opening the cover when inside the car for a long ride as it tends to get very warm and to avoid baby sweating.

We were caught in an unexpected blizzard-type snow shower last weekend and this cover was amazing! We had my daughter completely closed up so she wouldn't get the cold wind or snow on her and the snow flakes seriously just repelled off the cover. If they didn't repel they just melted and the water sat there, not soaking it. I wiped the water off and it was dry immediately. Definitely worth the money! ... show more
