So disappointed. I'm sure this is a great product... if you can use it. The pump stopped working after less than 2 weeks from the time I received it. They offered several suggestions to fix it, but nothing worked. I was so looking forward to seeing the great results I was expecting from this product. It was expensive, and I dont usually put out that kind of money. So I splurged a bit because I was willing to pay for good results. Now I'm out nearly $300. I dont think it deserves even 1 star, but that's my lowest option.

I have been using TNS for 4 weeks now. I use it twice a day and I am already seeing very good results. My lines around my mouth have significantly faded. I also have a large brown area due to medication. It has lightened a lot. Some of the darker spots are still noticeable, but I know you have to use this for a full 6 months to see the full results. Just after 4 weeks, the lighter brown spots are almost gone. I use on my face and neck. My neck is also less "turkey" like. I can't wait to see the full 6 months results if this is what I'm seeing after 1 month. I am a 50 year old female with dry skin. Highly recommend.

I received this April 29th and have used exactly as directed: 1 pump from each side twice daily. It ran out today June 11th. So, it lasted 6 weeks - NOT 3-4 months as advertised. I can’t justify the expense for how quickly it runs out.

This works but the cost is unacceptable. Using once a day, container only lasts 4 months. That said. My skin looks great and I get compliments It does not help with sunspots. Going to try The Ordinary GF and compare.
