This lunchbox has exceeded my expectations. It’s small but it heats up like a larger unit. My only complaint would be where you connect the power cord to the lunchbox. It takes a bit of patience and elbow grease to connect the cord to the lunchbox. Oh yeah, one more complaint.. the top doesn’t fit well. You have four tabs to close and lock but one of them doesn’t work properly. That doesn’t interfere with the heating of the unit.
