I thought this was an interesting watch. Its fairly light and looks like its built fairly well. However, the watch strap is a little lack luster and I would recommend trying a different strap if you're interested in this watch.

I like the concept of the watch, being autopowerd by solar is great. May it is not for everyone as some will prefer automatic or battery powered as it easy to recharge. However, if you are an outgoing you will not face an issue. The watch made from high quality material. It can withstand some falls also. The strap made from leather, out of the boox it is little solid, I think it will be better by longterm use. The appearance of the watch is beautiful. It will be an easy to go gift for someone you care about. In general, I can recommend buying this watch for the reasons I me tioned before. ... show more

    • Colorful and fanciful! Unique!
The Skagen watch is very unique. I love watches and probably have enough so that I don’t wear the same one every day for a month. This one is very colorful, fanciful and fun. It has an espresso (dark brown) leather band and a colorful face. This one does not require batteries (which is a plus) but instead works on solar energy. This watch is also water resistant, but I do not intend to wear it in the shower or swim. Overall, while this is a pricey watch, I think it is worth considering. 4 stars ... show more
