Really liked the ease of use and cutting quality but cannot find a storage tote it fits in with handle attached and I take my machine to friends home for card making get togethers. Any ideas from other users?

I used the machine twice with a better press with no issues. Then used it with the provided plates and they went off center while running it through the machine and now it's just stuck. My custom press plate is stuck inside the sandwich. There is no way to get the plates out. I even tried to take the machine apart. Had it for less than a day. So sad. ... show more
