These mats worked great. Easy to assemble with a little bit of thinking. These mats hold together very well. I work out every day on these mats doing floor work, yoga stretching and free weights. You can get very active on these mats and there is no separation whatsoever. The mat has been in use for about 4 months and it is used heavily. No complaints. Really a nice surface for my kid to play while I workout as well. Very comfortable to lay on but hard enough to stay stable in yoga postures. Hope these details help. ... show more

Really like these mats. I have a squat rack cage set up with space for lifting movements behind. Super easy to assemble. They do hold a bit of dirt even with sweeping but a broom does a good enough job to keep the user clean if you're down on the mat. Kneeling is comfortable and feels very padded. Unsure about how much weight they can absorb if a heavier deadlift was dropped onto them though. I have concrete underneath so with heavier lifts I put extra rolled up yoga mats under the plates. overall great product and would like to get more to expand my cube. ... show more

These are durable, comfortable mats with precision cut interlocking edges. They are very easy to install and the seams are invisible after a few days of use. Each square has a detachable side edge and a side with corner edge attached to it. so one need only easily remove what’s not needed. I bought 4 packs to make a 12’ x 8’ exercise area and I have a pile of unused edges. What a waste! I think if the edges did not come attached and were instead bought separately for the exact planned configuration, the price could be lowered to be more reasonable. ... show more

I bought these tiles to place under my weight bench and they work great. Super easy to put together. I kept the plastic storage bag they arrived in for moving down the line, or just in case I need to store them away. The plastic bag has a handle on it that makes it easy to carry. I did read some reviews that the tiles separated when intense exercise was performed on them. I am not having an issue with tiles separating as I'm not using them for that purpose. We bought a few boxes of these for our garage gym. The flooring is good - assembly is great, they're easy to maneuver since they don't weigh a ton - but after one barbell drop (45lb bar + 2x 5lb cast iron plates), we have a tear in the top rubber layer. Also, where we stand up the 45lb bar on the mats and lean it against the wall, the mat forms a depression fairly easily, which suggests the EVA foam underneath is not so high density that it can handle the weight. Still, it's a good price for a good product... just not a perfect one. ... show more

Same as the Amazon basics or Woot product that often went on sale. Edges are slightly wider than the products I purchased on woot but otherwise they fit together perfectly. Assembled a home gym during this whole pandemic nonsense and am very pleased with the product. It feels like a true gym floor. I have a large squat rack and bench on top of the mats, as well as a weight tree. The mats hold up great and connect almost seamlessly. The price is typically reasonable if you wait for a sale. I would highly recommend for a home workout space or even to cover up a nasty basement floor. I wish my entire basement was covered in this stuff! ... show more

I like the rubber top on them. The rubber can pull away from the foam like others have said, but it isn't a huge deal. It'd be nicer if these were more dense or thicker, but overall they stick together while I am lifting weights. I am using them on-top of low-pile carpet in my basement. Like stepping on these instead of the concrete floor. Rubber top helps durability quite a bit. The pre-cut edges interlock pretty solidly, but each of the four edges don't match up to all of the four edges on an adjacent mat. Thus, it can be a bit tricky to get the orientation right during assembly such that each edge matches up to each adjacent mat. Did not place any heavy equipment directly on the mats because--over time--it would probably permanently depress the mat just like it would carpet. Instead, placed the mats around the exterior edge of the equipment (fewer mats to purchase that way, too). Just wish they weren't so pricey. ... show more

Like many people, I needed a way to workout at home temporarily, without having to rip out my carpet. These tiles work well over a plywood platform. I got 3, 2' x 4', 5mm Blondewood panels at Lowes that work great. To keep them from moving, I put duct tape on the seams. This provides a solid platform, even with vigorous strength and cardio training. For added stability, you way want to also add duct tape to the underside seams of the tiles themselves. ... show more
