I wanted to like this because we have a huge Egyptian Uromastyx that we had to take off of sand but the smell of her poop can clear a room!!! This doesn’t really absorb the liquid part so when I try to clean up poop I have to try to soak up the liquid that comes out as well but some of the poop also gets stuck in there leaving a very stinky substrate!!! ... show more

    • Great for vibration
We bought this for the bearded dragon. He seems to enjoy the texture and it looks great inside giving off a nice natural look. It doesn't get very messy and I wouldn't say it's difficult to clean, but I would reccomend getting 2 so you can wash one and hang dry it while putting the second in.

We use it for a tortoise. Hard to clean, doesn’t last a single 3 lb tortoise for 2 weeks without falling apart.
