Xmas gift for 6 yo girl. She loves it. Picked up how to use it in a matter of minutes following self balancing process (be sure to follow instructions). Couldn’t find BT audio instructions, but connecting was easy, “Hoverboard-HY” was the name of ours in BT settings. Would recommend. Only minor complaint is the below 200lbs limit for us “grown” kids. I bought this electric hoverboard/scooter for my child, and it’s been a hit with the whole family! From kids to adults, everyone loves taking it for a spin. The quality of this scooter is amazing. It was very easy to ride and we learned how to use it on the first day. The battery charges very fast so that you don’t have to wait long for it to finish charging. It doesn’t even weigh a lot so it’s very durable. This product is amazing and it’s worth the money I spent. There is grip on the electric scooter which allowed my feet to fit in easily. Overall, the function of this electric scooter is very beginner’s friendly. It’s worth the price and I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a lot of fun.

Purchased for my son for Christmas 24, and around May or June it wasn't balancing properly, wasn't charging properly, so I figured the battery charger went bad. Purchased a new one, still no diffrence. Contacted the seller, got absolutely no response, which is concerning since anything someone sells, there's a warranty of merchantability for a year. I just want the toy to work for my son so he can enjoy it and I seem to be getting no where with customer service. Personally, I would not recommend purchasing from a retailer that ypu can't contact, and won't stand by there product.

My 7 year old loves it. She does not balance well on it. It's supposed to have a self balance to help make easier. But I don't see how that's possible. We could be doing something wrong too! We bought the hover seat to attach. This child loves it!!! The battery last and the value is great compared to others. Shipping was good.
