Hold power button while this is sitting on flat surface until lights flash, let sit for 5 seconds, power off and power on. This is needed to calibrate the unit without this it wants to spin. After this, works very well. Kids pick them up fast, I’m to damn old for this thing!

Honestly i'm very impressed it's been almost three years since i bought this product and i must say it didn't disappoint the kids love using that i have my daughter a seven my son now age time has been using it since he was seven and parents have been asking where I got it. It's easy to charge it's been hit and pumped the couple of times yet it's still works so i'm very impressed and how it's lasted this long. Do not buy! I purchased to do this for my kids for Christmas. They lasted for three days. Email customer service no response so today I sent them back and had to pay $44 to send them back.
