We ordered two of these for our 8 and 5 year old children. I'm amazed how quickly they learned to use these! Much quicker than me ;) The devices seem to work well, hold battery charge (we only charge over night and try to run them until they're dead before re-charging). The bluetooth feature is fun too! We did have one issue with one of the devices. It unexpectedly turned off while my 8 year old was riding it causing her to take a hard fall since the wheels unlock and it becomes completely unstable. I contacted the seller (lemongreen) and they got back to me right away. They recommended resetting (re-balancing) which we did and had no further issues, but they suggested returning for a full refund instead. I thought this was a very generous offer since I was outside of the return window even though the device had only been in use for a few days (bought several months before as a birthday gift). They promptly sent me a return label and initiated the refund as soon as the tracking indicated the package had been picked up. I believe others have reported terrible customer service with this seller, but my experience was the complete opposite. They were so easy to work with and responded very quickly!!

I recently purchased the SISIGAD Hoverboard for my kids, and I must say, it has been an absolute disappointment from the moment I laid my hands on it. This so-called "hoverboard" is nothing more than a poorly designed, overpriced piece of junk. I feel compelled to warn others about the sheer disappointment and frustration this product has caused me. First and foremost, the most glaring issue with this hoverboard is its faulty battery. Right out of the box, the battery life was abysmal, barely lasting for a few seconds or minutes before needing to be recharged. I can't stress enough how infuriating it is to have a hoverboard that can't even provide a decent riding experience due to its subpar battery life. It's like they didn't even bother testing the product before releasing it to the market. Speaking of testing, it's evident that the creators of this hoverboard didn't bother with proper quality assurance. The whole design feels flimsy and cheap. I found myself questioning the stability of the board every time I tried to ride it. It wobbles and shakes, making me fear for my kids safety. Furthermore, the overall construction of the hoverboard leaves much to be desired. It feels like a haphazardly assembled mishmash of components, and I wouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after just a few uses. The manufacturer clearly cut corners to save costs, but they didn't seem to care about providing a reliable and durable product to their customers. The lack of attention to detail is appalling. The user manual that comes with the hoverboard is laughably vague and barely offers any useful information. It's almost as if they assumed every user would be an expert in hoverboard technology, which is simply not the case. Troubleshooting and rebalancing the hoverboard does not work, and that it is how the Seller "Lemongreen" directs users to troubleshoot problems before returning. All in all, I regret wasting my hard-earned money on this disaster of a hoverboard. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the SISIGAD Hoverboard to think twice and look for a more reputable and well-established brand. Save yourself the frustration and potential danger of dealing with a faulty product, and avoid this hoverboard at all costs. Trust me; you'll thank me later.

It works great! I bought it for my 7 year old son. He learned to ride this hoverboard pretty fast and enjoys it. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars because the battery does not long enough as advertised.

Our daughter begged for a hoverboard for her 6th birthday. So we ordered this and bought a Jetson seat attachment for safety and indoor use. She loves it! I do feel like battery usage is better if she rides it (48lbs) vs me (169lbs) I was having to ride it with her to teach her and it would last about 25-30 minutes. Now that she knows how to operate she hasn't had to charge it in a few days... I guess momma needs to lay off the chips and salsa 😂 🤷♀️
