11/13/21 review update: My kids still use these almost daily. They have been left out in the rain/frost and I would bring them in, let fully dry and come to room temp, and plug it in—no issues. Regarding my comment about the balancing, my kids very quickly got the hang of it. They are pros in fact, doing crazy tricks as if it was second nature to them. They don’t need protection anymore, but for beginners I’d recommend it still. —— This is a review of the SISIGAD Hoverboard, 6.5" Two-Wheel Self Balancing Hoverboard - Black Gray. I bought another color for my daughter as well but it's the same model so the review will apply to all colors. I don't have a lot of experience with other hoverboards so I can only tell you my opinion of these in particular. My kids love them. They go pretty quickly, you're able to do some cool spinny tricks with them, but it's a fun toy for travel even up the sidewalk and such. I do recommend getting a helmet, elbow and knee guards, and perhaps even hand guards as your kids will very very likely fall and hurt themselves as both of mine did even though they are good at balancing on these. The battery life is pretty bad--30 minutes or so of constant use. For this reason I removed a star. It has bluetooth functionality--once you power it on, check your device's bluetooth settings and you'll see it there. I recommend using an actual speaker or headphones if you want to listen to music with these, but the option is there and is worth mentioning. I would like to see the battery life improve on future models, otherwise this is a great toy that my kids use every day. ... show more

SISIDAD WILL NOT HELP. THEY HAVE TWICE HAD ME RECALIBRATE MY HOOVERBOARD. NEITHER TIME DID RECALIBRATING WORK. THAT IS ALL THEY WILL DO. AFTER THAT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. THEY NEED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE! I THINK THEY ARE STALLING UNTIL THEIR WARRANTY RUNS OUT! WRONG!!!

My son was so excited but his joy was short lived! I gave this to my son on 5/30 & by 6/11 it stopped working. For som reason the left side stopped working & it kept beeping. We let it die completely, recharged it & still nothing. My husband tried recalibration it & it took the lower half off to ensure nothing was caught in the wheels. Not sure what went wrong but ours was faulty. Other than this major issue, it held a charge well, was sturdy, music played loud & clear & the lights were beautiful! Bought this for my daughter's 9th birthday present. She absolutely loves it, and she was riding like a pro within minutes (along with every other kid at the party.. and myself!). Nice and heavy feeling, Bluetooth speaker sounds pretty good. She did chip a piece from the plastic outer shell on day 2, but only from smacking it off of my walls and dog's crate, etc.. I'll update if we have any issues, but as it stands this gift was a huge hit! ... show more

Update, now after 3 months, stop working at all. Just makes a beep noise but not moving at all My daughter loves it. Easy to use, safe when charging. We bought it 2 months ago and still works great. I am happy we bought this brand

Awesome hoverboard. We keep it in the house because we have the space that my 6 year old can ride around. His cousins have them as well. Really easy to use and we have a lot of fun playing music through it while riding around. Battery life is pretty decent - does take a while to charge but that's expected with a piece of technology likes this. Highly recommend! ... show more
