I’ve seen my fair share of e bikes but none as versatile and rugged like this one. I love that the frame is rectangular steel so it’s very durable. Given that ,it is a little heavy when trying to assemble yourself. The 48v motor is a HUGE improvement over the 36v e bike I had prior. I went with the dual battery version because having a secondary backup cell is just better imo. As far as the battery life goes it’s perfect. Just remember to always charge them fully before using it. Another thing I do really love is the wheels themselves. No spokes to break if you hit a bump really hard. Not to mention I’m a big dude pushing 290lb and it has no problems whatsoever going up hills as well as off-roading. And I mean OFF-ROADING. My friend has one as well with a trailer. We put this bike to the real test by putting myself himself and one other person all three of us on to the bike and trailer adding up to roughly 8-900lb. To my surprise it had no problems at all. It not only preformed however it surpassed my expectations by hauling everything with immense strength. But unfortunately there are little critiques I have with it. The handle bars could be a tad bit higher ,seat could be slightly more comfortable, the left hand thumb throttle could be slightly more ergonomic to create less fatigue when riding long distances. All of these things being said I think it’s definitely worth the buy. No you won’t go 60mph on it. It’s not a dirt bike or four wheeler so going in deep water or mud probably isn’t the smartest idea if you want the bike to last for a long time.

Let me say that this isn’t a bad bike… but the title for it is very misleading and they will not even show you how to unlock the full potential of the bike. 1. You need to unlock the P3 in menu to go beyond 20 mph. With the bike off, hold the brake and press the “+” and “-“ and power button at the same time. Once you see the top of the screen flashing, press the “+” and “-“ again for 3 seconds and you will see P1. Go to P3 and change the 0 to a 1 and than power off then you can go beyond 20 mph. 2. 30+ mph isn’t compatible with this bike, and the 60 mile range definitely isn’t as well we get mayyybe 25 miles. Top speed of 28 mph. 3. You will need to assemble a bit yourself and good luck getting my ahold of the company for help if something is wrong. All in all it’s a decent bike for my son. But am a bit disappointed I had to do a lot of research to even use it properly.

I am only on step 9 and in the picture you will see how much of a nightmare the assembly already is. I am very proficient with tools I use them everyday but here I am with an extractor because the 4 mm hex bolts are a piece of s*** and I stick Alan in there and it barely fits just enough to round it off. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS and I can’t imagine what a nightmare the rest of this assembly will be like. Fix your hardware seriously cheap hardware that doesn’t even for! Horrible just horrible for such an expensive purchase 😡

This is my second e-bike that I own, I have one from other brand and way more expensive and I tested both at the same time with my son and this one is the best. I love this bike. I did a 7 hours bike ride trough rough places using pedal assist, and I came home with at least 50% maybe 40% of battery left. My son was amazed because his bike was in 5% and I thought it was fairly good because of the trails hat we went through and the speed is perfect for me. It did constantly 28mph and up to 31mph. I recommend this bike. Actually I’m planning to sell my first bike to get a second one of things bike

Update: Changing it to three stars because I did manage to get the speed up to 28mph. I'm 6 foot tall, 220lbs, so that's not bad, but you have to unlock the bike and have it running at battery levels that are really unhealthy for both the battery and the controller. I still maintain that a lot of the hardware is very sub-par as well. I've never seen what looks like a big aluminum nut on a tire axle. There's manual options to unlock the speed of the bike, but what you need is the "Orbital Sports" app (not to be mistaken with another scam app), and change the bike to class 3, then after that, you have to select 5 on PAS instead of 3, then it will go faster at the expense of your battery and controller unit. Original: Get a different type of ebike. I've included some pics, one of the bike itself and one of the welding along the frame, and that's indicative of the overall quality. I'm lucky I had my own tools and some better hardware/loctite to deal with this. My biggest gripe is that the bike caps off at 13mph, even after unlocking it (making it a class 3 device through the app). People say it's my weight. I'm 6 feet tall, got some muscle on me, about 220lbs. Okay. I can feel the power as it goes up a hill with no issue. I can fill a bag with fifty pounds of material, and that doesn't impact the top speed or torque. There was some drag from the front brakes, and I kind of solved that, but it doesn't fix the issue. There's no gear ratio or wheel settings to change. It's just 13mph and that's not what I bought. I was aiming for 20mph and didn't even get that. The pro, I guess, is the battery life is good because the bike is stymied. Pass on this one.

I use it to drive to work every day and there and back is about 12 miles. I feel like I could probably go like 36 miles and the battery would give up but that's only using acceleration and not pedal assist on Class 3. I had to look up how to unlock class 3 and it does go 28mph and wont let you go any faster. Pedal assists and everything feels fine. Make sure to have a friend to help.. the assembly it was not fun and took me a few hours. Really solid bike would recommend for a budget electric bike.
