This SIRUI quick release plate has a 1/4 standard thread screw and a rubber surface. Thanks to the bracket, the 1/4 inch screw can be secured without the use of additional tools. SIRUI quick release plates are compatible with the Arca Swiss quick release system.

I have used one of these for about 8 years, and love that on my Sirui ball head, there is a quick-release pin that catches the plate and will not let it slide out of the mount. This plate is durable, secure, easy to install, and does just what it is supposed to do.

Works perfectly with my Sirui ET-2204 tripod. This is the same plate that came with it. I put one on each of my big lenses. The plate latches in very securely. I tried a cheaper aftermarket one and it was a little scary and didn't feel secure at all.
