Am very happy with this foam mattress. As a long-time floor sleeper, I have tried lots of different memory foam mattress pads. Some are too hard and some are too soft. This one is just right. I am a short, light-weight person and don't need a lot of foam padding on my mattress. If you are a large or heavy person you might want to get a foam mattress with an additional one or two inches of memory foam. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this memory foam foldable mattress and also like the cot-sized width (75" x 31") which is just the right width for a smaller person. If you are a larger person you might want to get a 75" x 38" foam mattress. Hope all these suggestions help. Oh, one more thing, I like that this mattress has no chemical smell and is nontoxic. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable! I have back issues, so that says a lot for a portable mattress! I am only giving a 4 star review because the first time we used it, the storage bag it came with ripped on both sides where the handles attach.:(

Took camping and worked fantastic. It is pretty bulky even folded down for camping, but it was worth it. Way better than an air mattress. We slept great the whole week.

I bought these for my kids to sleep on in our RV. First, the total thickness is only 3.5 inches, not 4 inches as described. The fabric cover seams are this size so 4" foam wouldn't even fit. However, it's still comfortable and I don't bottom out when I tried it. I'm 136 pounds. I slept on something similar when visiting family after leaving for college and I was comfortable. The fabric outer cover is a knit so it's stretchy. There is fabric over the foam pieces inside the cover, but it doesn't seem like it's waterproof. I will be making waterproof covers since kids can have accidents of all kinds, vomiting, spilling, wetting, etc... even the pets may have an accident, so waterproofing is important to me. This is will do exactly what I need it to do, but I really had hoped it was a true 4 inches thick and had a waterproof layer. The foam did puff right up and it was 70 degrees today. ... show more
