This mattress topper was worth the money. I will admit to not using it in a conventional manner, as I used it on top of a camping cot. That being said, it worked very well and provided a good nights sleep. I was a little disappointed in the thickness once the topper had sat out for a bit. It seems to only get to be about 1.5 inches thick. I have not tried to wash this, but it's pretty large so unless you have a newer washer machine, it might not be easily machine washable. I did not notice any difference in temperature while using this. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase as it functioned perfectly for the problem I was trying to solve.
